This is a brand-new venue and also our home, so I'm doing my best to try and capture some frequently asked questions and expectations.  Please feel free to contact me using the Contact Us form if you don't see your question. Thank you!

We offer tours of the property and inside the home by appointment only.  Please complete the contact us form to schedule a tour.

Guest Maximum

This is primarily an outdoor venue.  However, the venue does allow up to 100 guests if hosting mainly outdoors. 

 

General events:

30 indoor guest max

Wedding party only

Indoor Upgrade available (see below for pricing).

What's Included

General events:
All rental time includes basic folding tables and chairs up to 50 guests for outdoor use.

 

Weddings:

Our most basic package includes chairs, all other packages include basic folding tables and chairs up to 50 guests, 20x40 pole tent and are considered to be used as outdoor amenities only.  See packages here: Micro Weddings | Popup FarmhouseEvents

 

If additional amenities are needed a custom quote can be provided.

Time/Hours

Event rental hours are available 8am-10pm.  Whether you have rented the venue for 2hrs up to 8hrs, you are required to maintain your set-up, event time and tear-down within these hours.  Additional hours may be purchased at the same hourly rental rate, but must still remain inside these hours of operation.  We currently do not offer overnight stays.

General events:

$150 per hour

$250 per hour

Indoor Upgrade

General events:

A Max 30 guests indoor access to main level and cellar is already included in your general event rental time.  No upgrade is required.

Weddings:

This is primarily an outdoor venue, but we do offer a *Premium Upgrade option to allow access to other areas of the farmhouse in addition to the restroom for your guests.

* Premium Upgrade ($500) includes main level and cellar access for Max 40 guests *

The wedding party is allowed unlimited indoor access for photos depending on package.

Receptions/Music

This venue is not set-up for your traditional wedding reception and is more geared towards a low-key small ceremony and possibly a cocktail hour to follow.  We are not able to accommodate a dance floor or dj, but can offer 2 small blue tooth speakers, or the option to bring in your own portable speakers, solo artist or small acoustic band.

Deposit

General events:
$250 refundable security deposit

 

Weddings:

$500 refundable security deposit

 

The refundable security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after the event has been held once the property has been inspected for any potential damage from the event.

Clean-up

It is expected that all customers clean up the venue and leave it in the condition it was found. Clean up time is expected to be done within the paid rental time. Additional hours may be purchased in advance. Larger set-up/tear down items (ex. tent, tables and chairs) will be taken care of if purchased with a package. If doing yourself or outsourcing, we can be flexible.  All events and clean-up must take place between 8a-10pm. Failure to comply will result in losing your deposit.

Getting Ready

Depending on the package purchased (which allows certain rooms to be accessed), you are allowed to utilize bathrooms and certain areas for getting ready as needed. 

Food/Beverage

Overnight Stays

We currently do not offer overnight stays.

Rehearsal/Time

This would need to be done within the allotted rental time.

Rainouts

I will work with you to find alternate options depending on circumstances, however reserve the right to retain the deposit.

Cancellations

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to be reasonable depending on the situation, but reserve the right to retain the deposit. 

If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. 

Safety

All children under the age of 16 are to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We do have 2 bodies of water on the property and a well (which is caped). You will be required to sign a legally binding document assuming liabilities prior to your date.
